LAST UPDATE: 19/07/2025By requesting an art commission from the artist, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENT
1. The client agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
2. Work on the commission will only start after payment has been received.
3. The payment will be done in euros (EUR €) through PayPal or Bizum.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. The client agrees that the commission will be delivered digitally to the email address provided. No physical copy will be delivered.
5. The client agrees to a delivery time that may exceed a month after work on the piece begins.
6. Delivery times will vary depending on complexity of the requested artwork/s, amount of corrections, demand, queue, and burnout. The client understands and agrees to longer delivery times so the artist can guarantee that the artwork meets the expected quality level.
7. The client will be informed of expected delivery time when requesting the commission and will be updated of any changes to the initial estimated time.REVISIONS
8. If the commissioned artwork is a "colored sketch" or a "hello icons", the client has the right to one revision after the sketch phase.
If the commissioned artwork is a "simple shading drawing", the client has the right to two revisions during the commission work: one after the sketch phase, another after base color phase.
9. After the sketch has been approved, any change that involves a partial or total redraw of the original sketch will be charged extra.
10. The client has a right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after the artwork's completion that will not excede three rounds of corrections. The client may ask for all the minor corrections (within reason) that they want in any round so to leave further rounds to check the requested corrections.
11. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately.REFUND POLICY
12. The client has right to request a full refund before work on the artwork starts. After production starts, a partial refund may be negotiated and the amount refunded will depend on the progress stage of the artwork.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
13. The finished product received by the client is for personal use only. Personal use includes making merchandise (prints, keychains, standees...) out of it that will not generate any income for the client, the use of the artwork in social media as icon or banner, etc. Any use of the finished artwork for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be negotiated beforehand. This will require a separate agreement defining exact conditions and financial implications, and extra monetary compensation.
14. The client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, the client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
15. The artist reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the client.

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION
Requesting a commission is simple! Just contact me through Bluesky or Email ([email protected]) stating that you would like to request a commission, the type of commission you would like to request and the size (e.g. a halfbody colored sketch, a simple shading drawing bust, a hello icon, etc.)Along side that, I will also require some information about the character or characters that you want to commission art of:☆ Visual references (needed) aka previous art of the character, a picrew, bg3 model, etc.. This visual reference cannot be a pinterest moodboard as i need a clear visual of how the character looks, though you may send a moodboard for alternative clothing, style, vibes, etc.I encourage you to send as many visual references as you have, but if some of these references contradict each other (e.g. one pic shows green horns, the other blue horns / one pic shows a character with one arm, the other a character with two arms) then please specify which one is the one I have to stick to. Same for diferent outfits, hairstyles, etc. unless you are leaving those choices up to me.☆ Some extra information of the character (recommended, not mandatory). Feel free to send me a couple lines or a paragraph about the character's personality, vibes, etc. Just any info you think might help me get them right in paper. If you want to send a brief summary of their backstory that's also OK! (How brief is brief? Just don't exceed one A4 sheet).☆ Specifications you have for the artwork (if any). Do you have a pose in mind for it? (e.g. the character sitting on the floor, head in hands grinning at camera, casting magic, etc.). Maybe you want a certain vibe/mood (e.g. melancholic, romantic, etc.). Do not shy away if you have a clear idea in mind!If you do not have any specifications and just want to be surprised, I will choose for myself the pose and vibe/mood.Please have the references and any other info you want to send ready in the 24h following payment so I can start working on your commission as soon as possible.
